Who you are:

An Account Manager responsible for understanding and defining professional solutions to potential and existing clients, whilst managing a growing portfolio of client accounts. You will also support and consult our client’s needs and wants, whilst generating revenue in line with the Company strategy.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with clients to develop business performance and profitability and achieving the desired growth in line with business objectives.
  • Implementing an account management strategy aligned to the overall business strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • Take Responsibility of negotiating contract renewals and project agreements for assigned clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and ensuring project delivery as per customer needs and timescales, quality and budget.
  • Ensuring good relations and effective communication channels with all team members while responding effectively and in a timely fashion to managed clients.
  • Serving as the lead POC for customer related requests and escalation of issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining client profiles and ensure timely reports on client account status and metrics.

 

What you need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a client focused role, preferably as an Account Manager.
  • To be client service oriented and able to interact effectively with business partners.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients at all levels, including C-Level.
  • Experience with CRM software will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills as well as problem solving.
