Business Development Executive
Business Development Team
We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to strengthen our new sales function within the Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible to identify sales leads, pitch products and services and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Further key responsibilities include:
- Driving sustainable financial growth by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships;
- Ensure for sales proactivity from top tier clients within industry sectors;
- Build effective relations with new clients while responding effectively to related enquiries;
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations through a wide array of media;
- Represent the company externally at networking events and conferences to strengthen the company’s profile and optimise business development opportunities;
- Inspire and maintain a positive atmosphere of innovation and success across Team NetRefer.
The successful candidate would ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- A Diploma in Business, Commerce, or related field. A Bachelor’s Degree would be preferred;
- A minimum of 4 years’ working experience within a similar role and industry;
- Strong verbal, communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate effectively with numerous clients;
- Effective organisation and planning skills as well as problem solving.
- Strong business, financial and commercial acumen.
