Product Analyst

Product Management Team


Position Overview:

The Product Analyst is a key role within the product management team as it sits at the very beginning of the product life cycle and continues to drive new features and enhancements by performing the required market and competitor analysis. This role sits in a technical environment and works on a daily basis with the product owner and internal business stakeholders to define the future of the product.

Reporting to: Head of Product


Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Relationship Managers and others within the company who are passionate to grow NetRefer’s products
  • Maintain a solid link between product management and business development teams
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements related to the role
  • Provide market insights to the rest of the product management team and identify potential enhancements, new features and products
  • Coordinate with senior management to understand how upcoming projects will impact the products
  • Work with the product management team to strategically develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Perform periodical market research and comparative analysis for NetRefer’s products and its competitors
  • Generate product usage trends
  • Formulate future releases
  • Project costs for upcoming releases
  • Post implementation review of projects from a financial and marketing perspective



Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with working in a company providing both new and mature products
  • Professional experience with carrying out market research and competitor analysis
  • Excellent with working with large data sets and identifying actionable insights for the product development team
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, with a degree in marketing, computer science or business
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English
  • A good understanding of the iGaming industry
