Position Overview:

As a product owner, you will be responsible to define a product roadmap, learn about our clients, and understand our users’ needs. This information and learning will enable you to translate your roadmap into user stories with the help of your team.


Job Description:

  • Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner. 
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. 
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
  • Leading the planning product release plans and setting expectation for delivery of new functionalities 
  • Producing progress, KPI and SLA performance reports.
  • Explaining clearly new product features to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring expenditure figures against project budgets.
  • Preventing reoccurring and repetitive failures.
  • Identifying and implementing processes that increase efficiency in testing, developing and releasing updates.
  • Working on the overall product road-map and performing competitive, feature specific analysis.



  • Previous experience in a Scrum Product Owner role or similar.
  • You will need a solid understanding of SaaS Technology and products
  • A technical background with experience in SaaS solutions, with experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
  • The ability to analyse and understand the voice of the candidate/customer
  • Any exposure working within a highly regulated industry, with an understanding of the IT restrictions around this being highly advantageous.
  • Must have good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must have experience with Agile methodology (Prince 2 Certification would be a plus).
